He is very interested in working with graduate business programs to identify and recruit talent. Peter earned his MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.

Adriana Zaccone, Director, North America
Drawing from her own MBA experience, Adri (pronounced Audrey) is excited to help universities enchant prospective students with the wonders of the MBA experience. With a passion for connecting people and traveling the world, Adri has a diverse repertoire of skills and experiences that she brings to The MBA Tour. She has worked in Shenzhen, China at an international logistics solutions company as part of a management development program as well as in project management at a Bay Area messaging solutions company. She has a BA in Psychology from New York University and a MBA concentration in Business Analytics from Babson’s FW Olin Graduate School of Business. Adri joined The MBA Tour in October 2017 as the Director of North America, working with universities to tour the world with the aim to create best-fit matches between MBA programs and candidates.
Favorite school activities: Co-leading Babson’s Assoc. of Women MBAs & working as a research assistant at Stanford Psychophysiology Lab.

Rachel Keane, Events Manager
Rachel joined The MBA Tour in December of 2016 after her recent graduation from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst with a BA in English. Ever since her semester abroad in London, she has become infatuated with traveling. Throughout the past few years, she has been developing her knowledge of European culture, and has spent time in over 15 different countries. She is excited to join the team as an Assistant Event and Marketing Coordinator and looks forward to sharing her passion for travel and implementing her organizational skill in her new role.
What positions have you held in the past? Throughout my time at university, I had many internships. Some of my favorite were working for a publishing house in London, the international programs office on campus and the Amherst Chamber of Commerce.
Where can we find you on the weekends? : I love cooking meals for my friends and family and reading a good book!
Where would you go right now? I would go to Norway and Sweden. The contemporary art scene in the Nordic region fascinates me and I would love to experience it firsthand.

Stephanie Millner, Marketing Manager
Stephanie joined The MBA team in August of 2015 as the Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist. She graduated with her BS in Business Administration, with a focus in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, from Babson College. She brings her marketing skills, social media savviness, and love of travel to the team. Prior to joining The MBA Tour, Stephanie worked as an Account Executive at IdeaPaint in Boston, MA. She looks forward to bringing students and MBA programs together.

Where have you lived? I’m from Pennsylvania but have studied in Rennes, France and Edinburgh, Scotland. I now live in Boston, MA!
Where would you go right now? I would go to Buenos Aires, Argentina. I’ve always wanted to explore South America. The culture, scenery, and food seem amazing!

Caroline joined The MBA Tour in June of 2017 after graduating from Trinity College in Hartford, CT where she earned a BA in both Political Science and Asian Studies. Her passion for studying and experiencing new cultures has taken her all over North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Alyssa joined The MBA Tour in June of 2017 after graduating with a BA in Psychology and Studio Art from Bates College in Lewiston, ME. During her time at Bates, she developed a passion for digital marketing and graphic design, which are skills that she brings to the marketing team. She also brings a love for photography and traveling and looks forward to continuing these hobbies at The MBA Tour!
What positions have you held in the past? I have worked as a Visual Editor for The Borgen Project, an online blog and magazine and as a Marketing Intern for LA Arts, a nonprofit arts agency in Lewiston.
Where have you lived? I’m from Boston, but I studied abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark during the spring of my junior year at Bates. I also lived in Maine during my four years of college, and I am now back in Boston!

Graham joined The MBA Tour in September of 2014 after 3 years of living in Bulgaria. Graham works with the team to help with marketing and attracting schools to join various tours.
Prior to The MBA Tour, Graham worked in higher education digital marketing and before that in the MBA event field in Sofia, Bulgaria. Before Bulgaria, Graham was based in Toronto, Canada at an online recruitment firm targeted towards Indian students looking to study abroad, and this is where he first stepped into the field of education.One thing you take with you on tour? Ulf Dreier, Regional Director, Europe | ST. GALLEN, SWITZERLAND
Ulf joined The MBA Tour team in March 2015 and represents the company in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He manages our European client accounts from his office in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Ulf will also work as tour leader in Europe, the Middle East and the European New York City event.
Before joining our team, Ulf worked for more than 15 years as Program Manager, Marketing & Admissions Manager, and in the field of MBA program development for Business Schools in Switzerland, Germany and the USA.

Cristina Ruiz-Benson, Regional Director, Latin America | SANTIAGO, CHILE
Cristina leads our Latin America Tour as an independent consultant, and joined us in 2012. She is a journalist with years of experience in PR Strategy, Communications and Media across Latin America. She has worked with The MBA Tour since 2004, helping the Marketing Campaign in Chile, where she lives. She also participated in the Latin America MBA Tours in 2004 and 2005 representing Cranfield University.
After living in the UK for several years, her professional focus was consolidated towards Education and Business School and she owns a Communications company in her country that delivers media and communications services.
Best memory with The MBA Tour? The last day of my first tour. The feedback was good, so that meant mission accomplished!
What positions have you held in the past? I started as a reporter in a very important newspaper of Chile. After that I was an editor of a cultural magazine, and for more than 10 years I have been in the educational sector.
Hobbies: I play volleyball twice a week; and movies. I try to go once a week to watch a movie.

Kathy Pattison, Tour Leader | WILLIAMSBURG, VA USA
Kathy joined The MBA Tour on a consulting basis in 2008 and has been a Tour Leader for tours in India and South East Asia. Her experience as a client on tour's in Latin America, India and other parts of Asia extends over fifteen years. Also, she served on The MBA Tour Advisory Board for several years.
She has been in MBA admissions for over twenty five years, first in New York City as an associate director of admissions at NYU Stern, then as assistant dean for admissions at Fordham University where she was closely involved with the setting up of Fordham’s BIMBA program in Beijing. More recently as director of admission for The Mason School of Business at The College of William and Mary she experienced success in expanding the school’s international outreach and substantially increased the enrollment of international students. Kathy has derived her greatest professional satisfaction by her interactions and relationships with many of these students. The MBA Tour provides her with a continuing opportunity for helping international students satisfy career goals and maintaining friendships with colleagues and clients developed over many years’ association with The MBA Tour.
Accomplishments: I am particularly proud of the students who I enrolled in the three mba programs I worked for. Thank goodness for Linkedin as it’s the perfect way to keep in touch with all of my MBA “children.”
Favorite part of work: Participating in the planning of tours with my wonderful colleagues, helping schools maximize their recruiting experience and the opportunity to have an impact on prospective MBA’s by introducing them to the exceptional schools on tour.

Abby has worked with The MBA Tour on our Chinese event marketing and social media since 2011. Abby has also managed client development for the Asia region. In her former career Abby worked in the banking industry before transitioning to MBA admissions consulting. Abby is proud of choosing to help young applicants find what makes them unique and to help them gain confidence in their skills and experience.
Unusual Accomplishments: She has knowledge of herbs, micorbiology, Chinese classics and Arts.
Best memory on the Tour: The 2013 Shanghai Event was well organized and the team was so efficient and professional. The Tour’s responsive and scientifically designed data system support its hundreds of global events without error. I’m lucky to jump in!

Hannah Bertilla Acquah Tour Leader, Africa & Consultant | ACCRA, GHANA
Hannah joins The MBA Tour as the West Africa Tour Leader in February 2013. She is an economist specialising in African strategic business opportunities, strategy and execution with over 12 years of experience within the commercial, Diplomatic and professional educational sectors.
Her professional and training commitments range from consulting on international businesses, to implementing and improving development projects, and providing capacity building skills to young professionals across four continents; including Africa.
Hannah holds an MA in Economics (honours) from Vanderbilt University, USA, a BSc in Information Systems and International Economics from University of Maryland, USA.
Hannah is a Fellow at The Royal Society of Arts, (UK 2011).
